The Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee announced that the 2022 Asian Games 3x3 basketball tournament will be held in Deqing County, Huzhou City. This is another event that Deqing has hosted since it obtained the hosting rights for the volleyball group matches of the Asian Games in 2018, and it will be an Asian Games event taking place in Deqing.
"Everything falls into place!" said Zhong Hangwei, Deputy Director of the Competition Department of the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee, commenting on the decision to hold the 2022 Asian Games 3x3 basketball tournament in Deqing.
